            Conference sponsors may purchase banquet tickets if they wish to attend (Platinum sponsors receive two tickets with their sponsorship).

          PAYMENT DUE DATES: 

          Sponsors and sponsor staff should be paid in full by November 1.

          Other attendees should be paid in full by December 3.

          CANCELLATION POLICY:

          Participants (not sponsors) may cancel a registration, subject to the following dates:

          Cancel by Nov. 11 to receive a full refund, less a $30 processing fee.
          Cancel by Nov. 18 to receive a half refund, less a $30 processing fee.
          Cancellations after Nov. 18 will not receive a refund.

          Registrants may substitute another attendee at any time at no charge.
