Bringing a friend/family member to the Banquet? If you wish to maintain a clear distinction between your registration invoice for travel reimbursement and any personal banquet purchases made for accompanying family or friends, please submit a new form.
•Early bird price of $495 through Sept. 15th; $595 after.•Registration for one attendee.•Includes a Banquet Ticket for registrant. You may use the "Additional Banquet Dinner Ticket" option just below and add additional banquet tickets if you wish to purchase extra banquets at the time of registration. No registration is needed for family and friends (you do not need to purchase registration, just the banquet ticket!) We unfortunately do not have a child meal option, our apologies for any inconvenience.
