Conference Perks
- Fifteen minutes of time on the conference program for a “Fireside Chat” with one or two of your higher education partners;
- Option to have up to five of your higher ed partners record 1 minute testimonials to be played on the conference ballroom screens at different points throughout the program and linked to the DET/CHE website;
- Prominent display of signage at the conference, highlighting you as a Ruby Anniversary Sponsor;
- Featured placement of your corporate logo on the DET/CHE website as a Ruby Anniversary Sponsor linking to your corporate website and/or a short video .
- All regular meals and conference privileges for two attendees;
- A five-foot table/display space with wireless internet connectivity and power in the conference ballroom;

Platinum Sponsor ($5,000.00*)+ Fees and Processing

- Featured placement of your corporate logo on the DET/CHE website as a Platinum Sponsor linking to your corporate website and/or a short video.

Gold Sponsor ($4,200.00*)+ Fees and Processing

Additional Sponsor Attendee ($350.00*)+ Fees and Processing
This allows registration of additional attendees for Ruby Sponsor, Platinum Sponsor, Gold Sponsor, and Silver Sponsor registrants at a reduced $350 rate.

All regular meals and the conference privileges for one attendee.

Please register each attendee SEPARATELY and list the sponsoring organization.
Corporate Individual (not a sponsor) ($595.00*)+ Fees and Processing
- Registration for one attendee not associated with Ruby, Platinum, Gold, or Silver Sponsorship;

It's a great opportunity to network and mingle with our members. This is an optional event and not included as part of the regular meals.

A "payer/cardholder" is an individual paying the registration fee on behalf of an attendee or another attendee.

This is not optional as you will be prompted to share your email when you've submitted this form. However, it is highly recommended that you create an account to independently manage registration (should you need to transfer or print another copy of your registration.)

Payment Dues

Corporate Sponsors, Corporate Sponsor Staff, and Corporate Partners should be paid in full by November 1st.

We accept payment by credit card*, check, or wire transfer. Credit card fees (4%) are added when using a credit card.

All check payments must be received by November 1, 2025.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

We sincerely appreciate your understanding that, unfortunately, we are unable to process cancellations and refunds. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Transfer

However, we are pleased to offer the option to transfer your registration to another attendee. Registrants may substitute or transfer registration to another attendee at any time at no charge. Note: There is a 4% transaction cost for using a credit card as payment. If you would like to avoid the 4% charge, please consider paying by check. Wire transfers are acceptable as well - please contact our Treasurer, Brian Weston ([email protected]).
